Each of our products is made through order, because of this, returns and refunds work  differently than with traditional shops. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Right of withdrawal (EU customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writting by email at younggunbusinesscontact@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or customized items.

Non returnable items

Because all products are  made to order, we generally cannot accept returns for reasons such as choosing the wrong size. Please check our product descriptions and size guides carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us at younggunbusinesscontact@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery  and include your order number along with clear fotos of the issue.

We will confirm whether your request is eligible under this policy.

If approved, we will either send a replacement issue or a refund. Refunds are usually processed within 7-10 business days.

Important notes

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address when placing an order. We cannot issue refunds for orders lost due to incorrect address details.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs or other circumstances beyond our control.
